Service Charge Accounts: Our focus is on transparency and minimising fluctuations in your annual bill. We ensure that we issue Service Charge budgets in good time of the new financial year for approval. 
Priory Estates will agree with you a full Schedule of Works, both routine maintenance and specific repairs, which include those areas that need to be attended to during the next financial year, and beyond. An example of this would be the internal or external decoration of communal parts, which have to be attended to at a set period. Being proactive and taking into account expenditure of this nature assists in levelling out service charges for now and over the next few years. 

Landlord Insurance 

We regularly check that the level of insurance is correct and go out to tender to keep an eye on the marketplace. 
Sales Information Packs are issued promptly upon receipt of payment.

Building Maintenance & Supplier Management 

Our focus is on ensuring that the property is looking its best and running smoothly. When appropriate we go out to tender for works required to ensure that you are getting value for money. 
We carry out regular site visits to check on cleaning and gardening contractors and any other works that are required. This is in addition to the more formal quarterly inspections of sites which are reported on promptly.
